About the ECC-Network

In 2005, the European Commission and EU member states established the European Consumer Centres Network — also known as ‘ECC-Net’ or ‘ECC-Network’ — to support consumers in Europe. Today, we are experts in the field of European consumer rights. More than 200 professionals work in our 29 offices across Europe.

From the very start, it has been our goal to ensure the internal market is a safe place for consumers by helping them solve cross-border problems with foreign entrepreneurs. Our services are completely free of charge.
