Our partners
The ECC-Net is an expert on cross-border consumer protection in the EU. We identify consumer rights issues and proactively work with national enforcement authorities and European regulators to facilitate policymaking related to consumer rights.
We collaborate closely with various European Union networks, national consumer organisations, business associations, and policymakers to improve consumer rights across the EU as well as in Norway and Iceland.
The European Consumer Centres Network also cooperates closely with the International Consumer Centre in the United Kingdom.

National collaborations
On a national level, the European Consumer Centres (ECC) work closely with ministries, enforcement authorities, regulators, government organisations, ADR bodies, dispute committees, organisations that represent the interests of consumers, universities, scientific institutions, and consultancy agencies. International collaborations
On an international level, the European Consumer Centres work closely with foreign enforcement authorities, competent authorities and regulators responsible for enforcing Union law, European networks (such as the CPC network), European consumer organisations that represent the interests of European consumers, and consultancy agencies.
Our collaborations focus on exchanging knowledge and information and providing input at an international level — the goal being to facilitate policymaking related to consumer rights.
