50 Years of EU Consumer Rights: A Festive Online Celebration
How can you tell real ‘green’ company claims from fake ones? And what can you do if the sneakers you ordered online are not at all what you expected? On 30 November, Commissioner for Justice Didier Reynders invites young consumers to celebrate 50 years of consumer protection in the EU and to share their thoughts on current online and offline consumer issues.
During the livestream event on Facebook and YouTube attendees will be brought up to speed and be able to have their say on past consumer rights achievements and on future challenges, such as:
- Consumer rights in a world of fashion and a circular economy
- Consumer rights in the digital world
