The Consumer Protection Cooperation Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 is the backbone of cross-border public enforcement of EU consumer law. With the evolving market, targeted improvements to the Consumer Protection Cooperation (CPC) framework could enhance the enforcement of consumer rights.
